How Hot Yoga improves your skin

There are numerous benefits of hot yoga - we wrote a post earlier about the 8 Benefits of Hot Yoga which gave a quick run down of the main benefits of hot yoga. But one little hack that isn’t widely known, is how hot yoga dramatically improves your skin. Known as the “yoga glow”.

A regular hot yoga practice starts to affect your body from the first class. Hot Yoga is fantastic for getting your digestive system moving, improving the nervous system, and generally strengthening and toning the body. As a result of this overall body workout, hot yoga helps your body expedite the removal of toxins, which impede the goal of glorious looking skin!

Hot yoga is also incredibly de-stressing, which also helps contribute to a relaxed glow, and overall improved mental state.
