Hot Yoga
Temperature: 38-40 degrees
Get ready to sweat! This class is a combination of 3 styles of yoga.
We do the same series of power and floor yoga postures that help you track your progress easily.
Temperature around 38° it's a good idea to bring a towel.
You are likely to sweat & work hard before winding down nicely.
Benefits: Weight loss, toning, cardio and detoxification
Yin Yoga
Temperature: 30 degrees
A slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for comparatively long periods of time; five minutes or longer per pose is typical.
This class is fabulous for sports people as the focus is more on release through the connective tissue & joints & has a lovely meditative aspect. Most people are inclined to leave feeling super relaxed & even a little bit taller.
Benefits: Flexibility, reduces stress, increases circulation, relieves tension
